1. Thomas Walter QUAID was born in 1815 in At sea or in Maryland. He died on 7 Jan 1860 in Griffin, Texas.
He was married to
Emily Mese MOORE (daughter of Silas Ebenezer MOORE and
Mourning (Dumas or Folsom) MOORE) about 1836 in Brownsville, Mississippi.
Silas and Mourning were probably married in Georgia About 1815. After 1820
they lived in Missisppi until 1848 when they let and went ot Rusk County in Texas,
where they lived until the time of Silas' death. After the death of Silas, Mourning
lived with her Daughter, Emily Quaid. The two of them lived with Emily's on,
Benjamin Walter "for a while' after the death of Emily's husband.
Emily Mese MOORE was born about 1818/19 in Georgia. She died in
1911 in Troy, Oklahoma. Thomas Walter QUAID and Emily Mese MOORE had the following
